Reporting → Live (/app/reports/live, marked with a Live badge in the menu) shows clicks and conversions across the workspace as they happen. Use it when you launch a campaign, test a tracking link or wait for an advertiser's first postback.

Open it#

Live is available to staff with report access (analyst and above). It has no date range: it always shows the most recent activity.

What you see#

Status and controls#

At the top a dot shows the connection state:

StateMeaning
Live (green, pulsing)Polling every 2 seconds.
Paused (grey)You paused updates.
Reconnecting… (red)The last request failed; the page retries with increasing delays of up to 30 seconds.

Pause stops polling, for example to read a row; Resume continues and catches up with everything that arrived meanwhile.

Counters#

CounterMeaning
Clicks / minClicks in the last full minute, with a 30-minute sparkline.
Clicks · 30 minClicks in the last 30 minutes, plus how many arrived since you opened the page.
Conversions · 30 minConversions in the last 30 minutes, plus how many since you opened the page.
ShownClicks / conversions currently kept on screen.

Live clicks#

Newest first. Each entry shows the time, the offer (or "Workspace link" for a workspace-level transparent link), the affiliate, traffic source, device and OS — or the link type when those are empty — and badges for bot traffic and for any status other than redirect (for example fallback or blocked). New entries are highlighted when they arrive.

Live conversions#

Newest first: the offer · event, affiliate, method (s2s, pixel, js, manual, api, import) and country, with the status badge (approved, pending, rejected) and amounts.

How much is shown#

  • On opening, the latest 100 clicks and 100 conversions of the past hour are loaded.
  • Each poll adds what arrived since the previous one.
  • The screen keeps the newest 200 clicks and 100 conversions; older entries drop off the bottom. Use Clicks and Conversions for anything older or for filtering.

Typical checks#

  1. New tracking link: open Live, click the link in another browser tab, and confirm a click appears with the right offer, affiliate and status redirect. A blocked or fallback badge tells you something is off — open the click in the click log to see the reason.
  2. Advertiser postback test: ask the advertiser to fire a real (not test=1) postback and watch for the conversion. Test postbacks (test=1) are validated without being stored and never appear here.
  3. Launch monitoring: keep Live open during the first minutes of a campaign and watch Clicks / min.

Notes#

  • Signed compliance-probe clicks are not shown.
  • The dashboard's small activity chart uses the same data, refreshed every 30 seconds.
  • Times are in your time zone.
