Bulk actions on the offer list#

  1. Open Offers → Offers and tick the offers to change (use filters and search to narrow the list).
  2. Choose an action from the bulk bar:
ActionEffect
ActivateStatus active.
PauseStatus paused: affiliate and smart links go to the fallback.
Make public / Require approval / Make privateChanges visibility.
Enforce postback IPs / Stop enforcing postback IPsTurns the advertiser postback IP allowlist on or off; offers whose advertiser has no IPs are skipped.
ArchiveAsks "Archive the selected offers? Their links fall back and they leave the marketplace."

Every bulk change is written to the audit log.

Bulk edit (up to 100 offers)#

For field changes, select up to 100 offers and click Bulk edit to open Edit N offers: "Tick the fields to change; preview the changes before applying them."

FieldWhat it does
Advertiser (tick)Sets the advertiser, or No advertiser.
Category (tick)Sets the category.
Add tags / Remove tagsComma-separated; applied whenever filled in.
Flat payout (CPA / CPC / hybrid offers) (tick)New payout amount. Applied to offers with payout type CPA, CPC or CPA+CPS only; CPS offers are skipped. For CPA and hybrid offers the default event's payout is updated too.
Daily caps (empty = remove) (tick)Clicks / day and Conversions / day. An empty field removes that daily cap; other periods are kept.
Channels (tick)Replaces the allowed channels, e.g. Search, Social, Email.
Find / replace in destination URLsReplaces exact text in every selected destination URL (applied whenever Find is filled). The result must still be a valid http(s) URL, otherwise nothing is applied.
  1. Fill in the fields and click Preview. A list shows every offer and each field's old and new value. Nothing is saved yet.
  2. Check the list, then click Apply to N offers.

Changes are applied in one transaction: either every offer is updated or none.

Example: move a campaign to a new domain#

Find https://old-lp.example.com/ and replace with https://lp.example.com/ on all offers of one advertiser (filter by advertiser, select all, Bulk edit). Remember to add the new host to the allowlists if you use transparent links.

Offer templates#

A template stores default values for new offers so similar offers are created consistently.

Save a template#

  1. Open an offer that has the terms you want to reuse, tab Advanced, section Offer template.
  2. Enter a Template name (e.g. "US finance CPA defaults"); tick Default for new offers if it should be preselected.
  3. Click Save as template.

A template stores: advertiser, category, tags, visibility, currency, revenue type and amount, payout type and amount, conversion method, attribution window, default conversion status, fallback URL, allowed transparent destinations and restrictions. It does not store the name, destination URL, description, caps, targeting, events or landing pages.

Use a template#

  1. Click New offer. The template selector at the top shows the default template (if any) or Blank offer.
  2. Choose a template; the form reloads with its values. Choose Blank offer for an empty form.
  3. Complete the wizard as usual. Every value stays editable.

With a template selected you can also Make default or delete it (bin icon) from the selector.

An advertiser can carry a destination URL template (for example https://track.advertiser.com/click?aff={aff_id}&cid={click_id}). When you create an offer and pick that advertiser, the Destination URL is prefilled with it when you leave the General step — if the field is still empty.

Duplicate an offer#

Duplicate in an offer's header creates a paused copy ("<name> (copy)") with the same settings and events, without partner access rows, overrides, landing pages or creatives. See Offers.
