Tracking → Integrations (https://app.trackcrown.com/app/integrations) connects TrackCrown to the platforms around your
campaigns. Everyone with the analyst role or higher can open the page; connecting, changing, pausing or removing an
integration needs an admin or owner (permission integrations.write). Every change is written to the audit log.
Secrets you paste (access tokens, API keys, webhook URLs, bucket keys) are stored encrypted and never shown again:
the panel only shows a short hint such as ••••a1b2. To change a secret, paste a new one; leaving the field empty
keeps the stored value.
The tabs#
The Mobile apps, E-commerce and Calls & email tabs are copy-paste presets: they build URLs and code for
your first active tracking domain, the first offer of the workspace and (for admins) the workspace postback token.
Without an active tracking domain they show "No active tracking domain"; for non-admins the token is shown as TOKEN
("Postback token hidden").
Slack#
Slack receives a copy of every staff notification of the workspace — the same items that appear in the bell: KPI and cap alerts, failing postbacks, partner sign-ups and access requests, broken offer links, invoice creation and so on. Partner and advertiser notifications are never posted.
Connect Slack#
- In Slack, create an app with Incoming Webhooks turned on and add a webhook to the channel you want
(for example
#tracking-alerts). Copy the webhook URL. - In TrackCrown, open Integrations → Slack.
- Paste the URL into Incoming webhook URL. Only
https://hooks.slack.com/services/…URLs are accepted; anything else fails with "Paste a Slack incoming-webhook URL (https://hooks.slack.com/services/…)." - Optionally enter Channel name (for your reference only, for example
#tracking-alerts). - Click Connect Slack. The answer is "Slack connected. New notifications are posted from now on."
- Click Send test message. Slack shows "Test notification — Slack is connected to the … workspace. Alerts and notifications will appear here." and the panel answers "Test message sent to Slack."
How delivery works#
Pause, replace or remove#
- Pause stops posting. Resume continues where it stopped, so notifications created while paused are posted too (20 every 30 seconds).
- Replace webhook: paste a new URL into Incoming webhook URL and click Replace webhook. Posting restarts at the newest notification (no backlog).
- Disconnect deletes the stored webhook. Notifications stay in the panel; nothing is posted to Slack any more.
Integrations that use other pages#
Some integrations are configured elsewhere because they belong to a feature rather than to the Integrations page:
What is not available#
- No packaged Shopify app, WooCommerce marketplace plugin or published Zapier app: the presets are code and URLs you install yourself.
- No network offer import (Everflow, Tune/HasOffers, Affise or CAKE feeds).
- Raw export goes to S3-compatible storage only: no SFTP, Google Pub/Sub or BigQuery streaming.
- Fraud scoring supports IPQualityScore and Anura only (no 24metrics).
- Wise, Tipalti and Payoneer payout providers store credentials but do not send payments yet; PayPal Payouts works end to end (Payout providers).
