Partner portal guide
Everything a partner sees and can do in the portal at /partner, and how the network customises it.

Partners sign in at https://app.trackcrown.com/login and land in the partner portal (/partner). The portal only ever shows
the partner's own data: their clicks, conversions, payout and statements. Partners never see your revenue, profit,
other partners or advertiser details. This article walks through each page, then explains what you can customise.
Pages at a glance#
Dashboard#
The dashboard header shows the partner's company and the selected date range in their time zone. The KPI cards are Clicks, Conversions, Earnings and EPC (earnings ÷ clicks). The Available balance card shows approved earnings not yet on a payout statement, with Pending review and Being processed amounts.
Offers and tracking links#
Offers has two tabs. Marketplace lists every offer the partner may see; the Access filter narrows it to Approved / open, Requires approval, Pending review or Not approved. My offers lists the offers they can run. Private offers are invisible until you approve the partner.
On an offer page the partner finds the description, events with their payout, caps (Offer caps and Your caps), landing pages, offer terms and the Tracking link card. In the card they choose:
- Tracking link — a redirect link for any traffic source, or Google Ads template — a transparent template
ending in
url={lpurl}. - Tracking domain — shown when more than one domain is available.
- Traffic source — fills the sub IDs with an ad network's macros (see Traffic-source templates below). When you force a source on the partner, the card says the source "is applied to all your links" and those fields are locked.
- Sub 1 … Sub 5 and Source ID — their own segmentation values.
- For the Google template: the ValueTrack parameters to include and Next hop (url=).
They copy Your tracking link (with a QR code button) or Tracking template, and optionally the Impression pixel. An offer that requires approval shows Request access instead; see Offer access and approvals. Link formats are described in Affiliate tracking links and Transparent links.
Reports and conversions#
Reports uses the same builder as the network (see Report builder) with partner limits: money is Earnings (payout) only, private events are hidden, and dimensions such as advertiser and "Referred from offer" are not offered. Conversions lists time, offer, event, status, reason, payout, click ID and sub IDs, filterable by status and offer, with CSV export.
Postbacks#
Partners create global, offer or event postbacks themselves and test-fire them. The Delivery log tab shows every attempt with state (Sent, Failed, Queued / retrying, Sending), HTTP code, duration and response. Postback options and macros are covered in Partner postbacks.
Payouts, documents and profile#
- Payouts — statements per billing period. See Partner payments.
- Documents — sign requested documents and upload their own. See Documents, e-signature and terms.
- Profile — account manager contact, sign-in e-mail and password, two-factor authentication, recovery codes, sign-in history, Tax information, company details and Payment details.
Network terms at sign-in#
When you publish network terms, a partner who has not accepted the current version is sent to /accept-terms before
they can use the portal. See Documents, e-signature and terms.
Customise the portal#
Open Partners → Partner program.
Partner dashboard tab#
Dashboard cards switches individual cards on or off: Performance KPIs, Performance chart, Featured offers, Top offers, Announcements, Balance, Account manager and Custom card (your own title and Markdown text). Click Save dashboard.
Dashboard banners are announcements at the top of the dashboard. For each banner set Title, Text (Markdown), Button link, Button label, Style (Brand, Info, Success, Attention), Order, Show from / Show until and an optional Audience (Partners, Tiers, Countries, Tags — every filled rule must match). A banner shows as Live, Scheduled, Ended or Off.
Traffic sources tab#
Traffic-source link templates pre-fill sub ID macros per ad network so partners do not have to look them up. Start from a preset or enter Name and the sub values, then choose:
- Public — every partner can pick it in the link builder.
- Private — staff only, or with Force on partner: every link that partner generates in the portal and the API
carries these values and they cannot change them. The tracking server also enforces them: a click on that
partner's
/ror/clicklink (withouturl=) whose values contradict the template goes to the fallback with the reasontraffic_source. Macro placeholders accept any value; see Forced sources on incoming clicks.
