All panel exports are UTF-8 CSV files with a byte-order mark, so Excel opens them with the right encoding. Every export is scoped to the signed-in user: partners and advertisers only ever export their own rows with their own restricted columns.
Report and log exports#
The report export repeats the current date range, time zone, grouping, filters, metric filters, metrics, currency and sort. Columns are the visible metrics and dimensions with their labels.
Table exports#
Most other tables in the panel (offers, partners, access rows, audit log, adjustments…) have an Export CSV button in their toolbar. It downloads the rows currently loaded in the table — after filters and sorting, with the visible columns and the totals row when there is one. For large lists, page through or narrow the filters first.
Billing and tax exports#
Other CSV downloads#
Scheduled e-mail exports#
Any saved report view can be e-mailed as a CSV attachment every day, week or month (up to 50,000 rows). See Scheduled reports.
API#
Everything in the report builder is available from the REST API with an API key:
curl -sS 'https://app.trackcrown.com/api/v1/reports?from=2026-10-01&to=2026-10-11&tz=UTC&group_by=offer,affiliate&metrics=clicks,conversions,revenue,payout&format=csv' \
-H 'Authorization: Bearer atk_YOUR_API_KEY' -o report.csvUse API request in the report builder to get the exact call for a view. Clicks and conversions have their own
endpoints (/api/v1/clicks, /api/v1/conversions). See API overview.
Raw data export to your storage#
For a complete feed of clicks and conversions into your own data warehouse, configure Tracking → Integrations → Data export: the worker uploads every completed hour as gzip JSONL or CSV to S3-compatible storage. See Raw data export. SFTP and Pub/Sub destinations are not available.
