Partner management
Recruit, approve and pay partners in one place
Partners apply on your own sign-up page, request the offers they want and get links, reports and postbacks in a portal of their own — under your brand.
You decide who runs which offer, at what payout and within which caps, and every decision is recorded.
Sign-up & approval
Your own sign-up page, your decision
Every network gets a partner application page at /join/{network} on its own panel hostname. Applications wait in a review queue; nothing runs until you approve the account.
- Applicants give their name, company, e-mail, website or channel, traffic sources, messenger and country, and accept your partner terms and privacy policy.
- Your team is notified of each new application; approve, reject or block one or many at once, with a reason the partner can read.
- Partners are e-mailed when they are approved, rejected, suspended or reactivated (when outgoing e-mail is set up), and can always sign in to check their status.
- Add several users to one partner account, each with their own sign-in and optional two-factor authentication.
- Prefer to recruit privately? Switch public sign-ups off and invite partners yourself.
Offer access
Decide who runs which offer
Each offer has a visibility. Access is then granted, requested, rejected or blocked per partner — and checked on every click.
Approval required
Private
Access control
Access is enforced on every click
A partner link only reaches the offer while the partner is active and has access. Everything else goes to the fallback, with the reason stored on the click.
- Grant, reject or block access per partner and offer; a blocked partner's clicks go to the fallback instead of the offer.
- One queue for every pending access request across offers, approved or rejected in bulk.
- Partners only ever see the offers they are allowed to see; private offers and private events stay hidden.
- The offer page shows partners your description, restrictions, preview URL and creatives — banners, HTML, e-mail and text — with their tracking link already filled in.
Custom payouts & caps
Payouts and caps per partner
The offer sets the default. Any partner can have its own payout — for the whole offer or one event — and its own caps on clicks, conversions and payout.
- Most specific wins: partner and event, then partner, then event, then the offer default.
- Offers pay per conversion (CPA), a share of the sale (CPS) or per unique click (CPC); partner overrides cover CPA and CPS payouts and the revenue side too.
- Partner caps per offer — daily, weekly, monthly and lifetime — counted in your workspace time zone.
- Over a click cap the partner's traffic goes to the fallback; over a conversion or payout cap conversions are kept but rejected, so you can review them.
- Partners see the payout that applies to them and their own caps on each offer page.
Partner portal
Everything a partner needs, self-serve
Partners sign in to their own portal on your panel hostname, in your brand's colours, and see only their own traffic and earnings.

Integration without tickets
Partners connect their own trackers
Most partner support requests are about postbacks. In the portal partners add them, test them and read the delivery log themselves.
- Postback URLs and bodies take macros such as
{sub1},{payout},{event}and{conversion_id}. - GET, or POST with a body template; fire on approved conversions or on every status.
- Failed deliveries are retried after 1 minute, 5 and 30 minutes, 2 and 6 hours; each attempt shows its HTTP status and the start of the response.
- Private events never fire partner postbacks, and duplicates never do.
Announcements
Keep partners informed
New offers, rate changes, paused campaigns: tell every partner, or one of them, from the panel. Messages appear under the bell in the partner portal.
- Announcements to all partners or one partner, with a title, a message and a link to an offer or page.
- See how many recipients have read each announcement, and delete it when it is out of date.
- Partners are notified in the portal when access to an offer is approved or rejected.
- The same tool reaches all advertisers, one advertiser, or your own team.
Statements & payouts
Partner payouts without spreadsheets
At the end of a period, payouts are built from approved conversions and per-click earnings — per partner and currency — and settled with a payment reference.
- Generate payouts for a closed period in one step; balances under a partner's minimum payout carry over to the next run.
- Payment terms per partner, from prepay and weekly to net 60, with a minimum payout and a payout currency.
- Conversions approved after their period was paid are picked up by the next payout — never lost, never paid twice.
- Payouts move from pending to approved to paid, with the payment method and reference; adjustments carry a description.
- Partners see each statement and its lines in the portal; lines of private events are merged so the event stays private.
- Export payouts to CSV for your payment run.
What partners can and cannot see
The partner portal, its CSV exports and partner API keys are limited on the server, on every request.
