Partner payments and payment methods

How partners enter payment details, what the payouts page shows them, and how payment terms and minimums work.

On this page

Partners are paid from payout statements that you generate in Billing → Payouts (manually or on a schedule). This article covers the partner side: payment methods, terms, the balance and the statements they see. The network side is in Payout statements.

Payment methods#

A partner enters payment details in Profile → Payment details (or you do it on the partner's Profile & payment tab). One method is active at a time:

MethodFields (required in bold)
PayPalPayPal e-mail
Bank wireAccount holder, Bank name, IBAN / account number, SWIFT / BIC (8 or 11 characters), Routing / sort code / IFSC, Bank country (2-letter code, required), Bank address
PayoneerPayoneer e-mail, Payee / customer ID
CryptoAsset & network (USDT TRC-20, USDT ERC-20, USDC ERC-20, USDC Solana, Bitcoin, Ether), Wallet address
OtherPayment instructions (free text)

The form shows "Payment details are only visible to you and the network's billing team. Changes are logged." Account numbers and wallet addresses are masked in read-only summaries.

Terms, minimum and currency#

On the partner's Profile & payment tab, section Payout terms ("Used by payout runs: statements below the minimum carry over to the next period."):

FieldValues
Payment termsPrepay, Weekly, Net 7, Net 15, Net 30 (default), Net 45, Net 60
Minimum payoutAmount in the payout currency; 0 = no minimum.
Payout currencyThe currency the minimum is expressed in.

The partner sees Terms and Minimum on their Payouts page and in the Payment details header.

How the minimum applies when you generate payouts:

  • A partner whose unpaid approved earnings in a currency are below the minimum is shown as Carry over and gets no statement; the earnings roll into the next run.
  • The minimum is only compared with earnings in the partner's payout currency. Earnings in other currencies are paid regardless ("Minimum is in USD; not applied").
  • When the workspace requires a verified tax form, partners without one also carry over. See Tax forms and 1099.

What partners see on Payouts#

KPI cards at the top:

CardMeaning
Available balanceApproved earnings (including CPC click earnings) not yet on a payout statement.
Pending reviewEarnings of conversions the network has not approved yet.
Being processedStatements issued but not paid yet (status pending or approved).
Paid to dateStatements marked paid.

Alerts may appear: No payment method yet (links to the profile), Balances in other currencies, and CPC click earnings are temporarily unavailable when click data cannot be read.

The statements table lists Period, Earnings, Adjustments, Total, Status, Method, Paid and (hidden) Reference. View statement opens /partner/payouts/<id> with Period, Issued, Method, Reference, Paid, the line items (per offer and event, plus Late approvals, Clawbacks and adjustment lines) and a printable layout.

Statement statuses as the partner sees them#

StatusWhat it means for the partner
pendingCreated; the network is reviewing it.
approvedApproved for payment. The partner gets the notification "Payout approved".
paidPaid. Notification "Payout sent" with method and reference.
voidCancelled; the earnings return to the balance and appear on the next statement.

Step by step: get a partner paid#

  1. Make sure the partner has a payment method (their Payouts page warns them otherwise).
  2. Approve their conversions (only approved conversions are paid).
  3. Generate payouts in Billing → Payouts → Generate payouts, or let a billing schedule do it.
  4. Review the pending statement, add adjustments if needed, then Approve it.
  5. Pay it: Pay with PayPal for PayPal partners, or pay outside the platform and use Mark paid… with the Method, Payment date and Reference.
