The dashboard (https://app.trackcrown.com/app, Dashboard at the top of the sidebar) is the first page of the network panel. It
summarises the selected period for the whole workspace and links every number to the report behind it. Every staff
role can open it (permission dashboard.read).
Period and time zone#
Pick the period with the date-range picker in the top bar (Today, Yesterday, Last 7 days, Last 30 days, This month, Last month or Custom). The header shows the workspace, the period and the time zone, for example "Acme Network · Last 7 days · Europe/Berlin". Days follow your Display time zone (Profile) when set, otherwise the workspace time zone.
Cards#
Needs attention lists:
- Pending requests — partner sign-ups and offer access requests waiting for a decision; opens Partners → Applications.
- Failed postbacks · 24 h — failed partner postback deliveries of the last 24 hours, with the number still retrying and sent; opens the Postback log filtered to failed deliveries.
Money in several currencies#
Money is shown in the workspace currency only. When offers in other currencies earned money in the period, the dashboard says "Money is shown in USD only" (with your currency): revenue, payout and profit cover that currency only, and each other currency links to the report builder in that currency (Currencies & FX).
When reporting is unavailable#
If the reporting store does not answer, the dashboard shows "Reporting is temporarily unavailable" and the statistics stay empty. Tracking is not affected — data appears once the store is reachable again.
Go-live checklist#
Until every step is done, a Go-live checklist card sits above the dashboard ("N of 7 done — finish these to track your first campaign end to end"). It disappears by itself when the last step is complete. See the Go-live checklist.
Customize your dashboard#
- Click Customize in the page header.
- In Customize dashboard, switch cards on or off and use the arrows (Move up / Move down) to order them.
- Click Save layout. Reset to default restores all cards in the default order.
The layout is personal and per workspace: "Only your own dashboard changes." Cards added in a later release appear at the end, switched on.
Partner and advertiser dashboards#
Partners and advertisers have their own dashboards in their portals (/partner, /advertiser), limited to their own
traffic and money. See Partner portal and
Advertiser portal.
