Open Settings → Workspace (https://app.trackcrown.com/app/settings). Managers can read this page; admins and owners can change it. Every change is written to the audit log (Settings → Audit log).

The settings area has these tabs: Workspace, Users, API keys, Postback tokens, Conversion rules, Currencies and Audit log. This article covers the Workspace tab.

Workspace#

FieldWhat it does
Workspace nameShown in the panel, in e-mails and on partner sign-up pages. Required.
Workspace IDThe slug used in partner sign-up links (/join/<Workspace ID>) and workspace-wide transparent links (/c/<Workspace ID>). Cannot be changed.
CompanyYour company name (also the default legal name on invoices).
WebsiteYour website, https://….

Time zone & currency#

FieldWhat it does
Time zoneReport days, daily/weekly/monthly caps and billing periods are calendar periods in this zone. Weeks start on Monday. A user who sets a personal Display time zone on their profile sees panel dates and report days in that zone instead; caps and billing are unaffected.
CurrencyDefault currency for new offers and the reporting currency.

Tracking#

These settings control transparent links (/c/… and any link with url=).

FieldDefaultWhat it does
Click ID parameter nameclick_idThe parameter that carries the click ID on your landing pages. 1–32 letters, digits or underscores, starting with a letter. Ad-platform and tracking parameter names and utm_* are refused.
Append the click ID to transparent redirectsOffAdds <param>=<click id> to the final URL so landing pages and the SDK can report conversions without cookies.
Allowed destination domainsEmptyHosts any transparent link of this workspace may redirect to, in addition to each offer's destination host, its Allowed transparent destinations and its landing-page hosts. One per line; *.example.com covers the apex and every subdomain; example.com covers example.com and www.example.com. Anything else gets a 403 page.
Default fallback URLEmptyWhere affiliate links send visitors when an offer is paused, capped or off-target and the offer has no fallback of its own. Empty = a neutral "link unavailable" page. Never used for transparent links. Macros are expanded.
First-party pixel cookieOffSets an atk_cid cookie (30 days) on the tracking domain when an affiliate or smart link redirects, so pixels without a click ID can still be attributed. Off = tracking sets no cookies at all. Mention it in your privacy notice if you turn it on.

The Redirect preview shows what a transparent redirect looks like with your current settings, for example:

Text
https://shop.example.com/p?a=1&click_id=0192a6c3f1e04b7e9c2d8a1f3b5c7d9e

Google allows a certified tracker to add only its own parameter, which is what Append the click ID adds. Leave it off if your landing pages do not need the click ID. When the platform operator has configured Google Web Risk, hosts it flags as malware, social engineering or unwanted software are marked in the allowlist and refused by the tracker with a 403 (unsafe_target).

Organic traffic#

Credits visits that reach your landing pages without any tracking click (search, social, direct) to an organic partner, so their conversions are reported instead of lost. A later partner click always takes over.

FieldWhat it does
Record organic visitsOn/off. Needs the landing-page SDK with data-organic on your pages (SDK).
Organic partnerUsually a house partner such as "Organic". Must be active.
OfferThe offer organic clicks belong to, or the offer each page names with data-offer.

Organic clicks record the platform in sub1, the referring host in sub2 and the path in sub3.

Advertiser portal#

Advertisers can reject conversions in their portal — lets advertisers reject their own conversions with a reason. Your team is notified of every rejection. Off by default.

Invoice details#

Printed on advertiser invoices and partner payout statements as the issuer: Legal name (empty = company or workspace name), Tax / VAT ID, Address, Payment instructions, Billing email, Invoice number prefix (numbers look like INV-2026-0001) and Footer note.

Security, single sign-on and privacy#

SettingWhat it does
Require two-factor authentication for staffOwner, admin, manager and analyst must enrol in 2FA before they can use the panel. Partners and advertisers keep it optional. On by default in production.
Require single sign-on for membersMembers must sign in with the brand's SSO provider; password sign-in is refused for them.
Store truncated IP addresses for visitors in the EU, EEA, UK and SwitzerlandStores IPv4 as /24 and IPv6 as /48 on new clicks. Location, device and fraud checks still use the full address at click time.

See Two-factor authentication & SSO.

Danger zone: transfer ownership#

Owners see Transfer ownership. Choose a New owner (a member who has accepted their invitation), type the workspace name and your password. The new owner gets full control; your role becomes admin.
