What advertisers see and can do in the portal at /advertiser — dashboard, offers, cost reports, conversions, integration, invoices and documents.

On this page
Advertisers get their own portal at /advertiser. It shows their offers and the traffic and conversions on them,
priced as cost — which is your revenue. Advertisers never see payout, profit, margins or partner names; a
partner is identified by ID/code only.
Give an advertiser access#
Advertiser users are portal accounts linked to one advertiser:
- Invite them on the advertiser's Portal users tab (Offers → Advertisers → advertiser), or
- let them apply themselves at
/join/<workspace-slug>/advertiser(see Advertiser sign-up).
The portal is open while the advertiser is Active or Paused. Setting it Inactive closes the portal (history
is kept). While the account is Paused, the dashboard and the Integration page show "Your account is paused":
its offers receive no new traffic from partner links and conversions sent with its postback token are refused (HTTP
401 advertiser_inactive, nothing recorded); reports and invoices stay available. See
Manage advertisers.
Pages#
The offers list says "Your campaigns running on the network. Contact your account manager to change pricing or settings." Advertisers cannot edit offers.
Reports as an advertiser#
The report builder runs in advertiser mode:
- Revenue is labelled Cost and EPC is labelled Cost / click.
- Payout, profit, margin, RPC, CPC and bot clicks are not available.
- The Affiliate dimension shows partner IDs/codes only; sub IDs, source ID and smart link are never exposed on click details.
Conversions#
Columns: Time, Offer, Event, Status, Reason, Cost, Sale amount, Order ID, and hidden Click ID, Partner ID, Method, Country, Device, Click time, Conversion ID. Filter by status, export to CSV.
Let advertisers reject conversions#
Off by default. To allow it:
- Open Settings → Workspace, section Advertiser portal.
- Switch on Advertisers can reject conversions in their portal and click Save.
Advertisers then select conversions and click Reject …, entering a Reason (at least 3 characters). The
dialog explains "Rejected conversions are not billed. The network reviews every rejection". Each conversion becomes
rejected with status reason advertiser_rejected and the note "Rejected by advertiser: <reason>"; partner
postbacks that fire on rejected conversions are queued and, for conversions that were approved, the
reversal postbacks fire once; conversion caps are freed, staff get the notification "Advertiser rejected
N conversions" and the action is audited (conversion.advertiser_reject). Advertisers can only reject — never
approve or change amounts.
Integration page#
The page walks through five steps for a chosen offer:
- Pass the click ID to your site — shows whether the offer's destination URL passes
{click_id}and an Example landing-page URL. - Server-to-server postback (Recommended) — the
/pbURL with their postback token, events and parameters; Cancellations and refunds: send the same postback again withstatus=rejected(or a newamount) and the sametxidor the returnedconversion_idto update the original conversion. - Conversion pixel — image/iframe and JavaScript snippets per event.
- Landing-page SDK (Optional) — Every page (in
<head>) and On conversion snippets. - Test your integration (
test=1) — sends a validation-only request through the live postback endpoint with their token; nothing is stored. Payout fields are removed from the answer.
Parameter details are in Server-to-server postbacks, Pixels and Landing-page SDK.
Invoices#
Advertisers see invoices once you mark them sent — never drafts. Filters: Open, Paid, Void. Columns: Invoice, Period, Total, Status, Due, Paid. View / print opens the invoice with Issued, Period, Due, Paid, Currency, Subtotal and Adjustments. Marking an invoice sent creates an in-app notification for the advertiser's users; invoices are not e-mailed. See Advertiser invoices.
Parent accounts#
Users of a parent advertiser also see the offers and conversions of its child accounts. Dashboard and reports still show only the parent's own data. See Parent and child advertisers.
