Report adjustments

Add or subtract clicks, conversions, revenue and payout for one offer and day so reports match an advertiser's numbers, without touching raw data.

A report adjustment is a day-level correction — "+12 conversions and +600.00 revenue for offer X on 3 October" — that every report adds as its own source. Use it to reconcile reports with an advertiser's statement, to record traffic tracked elsewhere, or to remove test traffic from the numbers. The raw clicks and conversions stay untouched and every adjustment is audited.

Add an adjustment#

  1. Open Reporting → Report adjustments (/app/reports/adjustments; search "adjust" with Cmd-K).

  2. Click Add adjustment to open the dialog Add an adjustment.

  3. Fill in:

    FieldNotes
DayThe local day (workspace time zone) the numbers belong to.
    OfferRequired.
    AffiliateOptional ("No affiliate").
Clicks ±Whole number; negative to subtract.
    Unique clicks ±Whole number.
    Approved conversions ±Whole number.
    Revenue ±Decimal, in the offer's currency, e.g. -12.50.
Payout ±Decimal, in the offer's currency.
ReasonRequired (at least 3 characters), e.g. "Advertiser reconciliation for October 3". Shown in the history.
  4. Click Add adjustment. At least one value must be non-zero.

The adjustment appears in reports immediately — the engine reads adjustments fresh on every run.

How adjustments appear in reports#

  • They are a fourth source next to clicks, impressions and conversions, so totals, sorting, metric filters and derived metrics (CVR, EPC, profit…) include them.
  • An adjustment carries a day, offer, affiliate and the offer's advertiser only. Grouped by any other dimension (country, sub ID, device…) it lands in the empty row.
  • Revenue and payout count in the report only when the report's money currency is the offer's currency.
  • Partner reports include adjustments of that partner (without revenue); advertiser reports include adjustments of their offers (without payout).

What adjustments do not change#

The clicks explorer, conversions list, live view and cohort/funnel pages show raw data and ignore adjustments.

The adjustments list#

Columns: Day, Offer, Affiliate ("All" when none), Clicks, Conversions, Revenue, Payout, Why, By (hidden) and State (In reports or Removed).

To undo an adjustment use Remove from reports. The row stays in the list as Removed so the history is kept. To change one, remove it and add a corrected one.

Permissions and audit#

Adding and removing adjustments needs the permission to change conversions (manager and above). Both actions are written to the audit log.

Example: reconcile with an advertiser#

The advertiser's statement for 3 October shows 112 approved sales for offer Spring Sale; your report shows 100.

  1. Check first whether conversions are missing for a fixable reason (for example postbacks rejected for an invalid token in the advertiser's postback log). If so, fix the integration and import the missing conversions with CSV import — that also bills and pays them.
  2. If you only need the reports to agree, add an adjustment: Day 3 Oct, Offer Spring Sale, Approved conversions ± 12, Revenue ± 600.00, Reason "Advertiser statement 2026-10".
