On this page

Partners — affiliates, publishers, media buyers, creators — are listed under Partners → Affiliates (https://app.trackcrown.com/app/affiliates). Every staff role can view them; managers, admins and owners can create and change them (permission affiliates.write).

The partner list#

The header cards count Active partners, Pending sign-ups, Access requests and Blocked / rejected partners; each card opens the matching filtered view (sign-ups and access requests open Partners → Applications).

Filters: Status, Manager, Tier, Country and Tag, plus search. The toolbar exports the filtered list as CSV, and E-mails downloads the partner portal users' e-mail addresses of the filtered partners (for your own mailing tool; to e-mail partners from the panel, use partner messages).

Create a partner#

  1. Click New affiliate.
  2. Fill in the sheet:
FieldNotes
NameRequired. "Shown in reports and to the partner."
Company, Contact name, Email, Country, Website, MessengerOptional contact details
TierFree text, for example gold; used for filters and bulk edits
Account managerA member of your team
Traffic sourcesFree text: where the partner sends traffic
TagsComma separated
StatusActive — can run offers now (default) or Pending — review later
Create a partner portal loginOptional. Login email (defaults to the affiliate e-mail) and User's name.
  1. Click Create affiliate. The partner gets a random public code used in tracking links (/r/OFFERCODE/PARTNERCODE). If you created a login, the sheet shows an Invite link; it is also e-mailed when outgoing e-mail is configured.

Partners can also apply themselves through your sign-up page; see Partner sign-up.

Statuses#

pendingRefused: affiliate and smart links go to the fallback with reason not_approvedShows "Application received" — the team is reviewing the application

Actions in the partner page header:

  • Approve (pending or rejected partners).
  • Reject — asks for a reason: "The application is declined and the partner cannot run offers. You can approve them later."
  • Block — asks for a reason: "Their tracking links send traffic to the fallback and portal access is suspended until you re-activate them."
  • Re-activate (blocked partners).

The same Approve, Re-activate and Block actions exist in the list's row menu and as bulk actions for selected partners.

Bulk edit#

Select partners in the list and click Bulk edit… (dialog Edit N affiliates). Each field defaults to No change:

  • Status — approve, re-activate or block all selected partners;
  • Account manager — set or clear;
  • Payment terms;
  • Tier — set a new tier, or leave the box empty to clear it.

Click Apply changes. The result says how many partners were changed and how many were skipped.

Users (portal logins)#

A partner can have several portal users. On the Users tab:

  • Invite user opens Invite a partner user: the person gets an invitation link (e-mailed when outgoing e-mail is configured, otherwise shown once to copy as a One-time link).
  • Row menu: New invite link (not yet accepted) or Password reset link, Disable login / Enable login, and Remove access.
  • Disable login is not offered for users who also belong to another workspace; remove their access to this partner instead.
