Reporting → Clicks (/app/reports/clicks) is the raw click log: one row per click, newest first, with the status the edge decided and every parameter it captured. Use it to debug a link, find a click by its ID or Google click ID, or check what a partner is sending. It is available to staff with report access (analyst and above).

Find clicks#

  1. Choose the date range in the top bar (your time zone is shown in the page description).

  2. Narrow down with the facet filters:

    FilterValues
OfferOffers of the workspace (first 500 by name)
    AffiliatePartners (first 500 by name)
    Statusredirect, fallback, blocked, error
Link typetransparent, affiliate, smartlink, server, direct, lp, impression
    CountryCountries seen
    Devicedesktop, mobile, tablet, bot, other
    Traffic sourcegoogle, meta, microsoft, tiktok
    BotsHumans only or Bots only
  3. Or type into the search box ("Click ID, GCLID or sub ID…"). The search is an exact match on any of: click ID, gclid, gbraid, wbraid, fbclid, msclkid, Sub 1 or Source ID.

The list shows 50 clicks per page. Use Older to page back in time and Newest to return to the top. Signed compliance-probe clicks are not listed.

Columns#

Visible by default: Time (to the second), Click ID, Status (with the status reason as a hint), Link, Offer, Affiliate, Country, Device, Source (traffic source), Flags and Sub 1.

Available from the column chooser: Browser, Sub 2, Source ID, GCLID, Campaign ID, Keyword, Domain and Destination (the URL the click was redirected to).

Flags shows unique for the first click of a visitor, bot for bot traffic and datacenter for hosting/cloud IP ranges. Detailed fraud signals are in Fraud and fail traffic.

Click statuses#

StatusMeaning
redirectThe visitor was sent to the destination (offer landing page or url= value).
fallbackAn affiliate or smart-link click went to a fallback URL (offer paused, partner not approved, targeting, cap reached…).
blockedA transparent link was refused without a redirect (destination not allowed, invalid url=).
errorReserved in the data model; the current edge does not write it.

On transparent links reasons such as paused or cap_over are recorded but never change the redirect. Every reason is listed in Error and reason codes.

Inspect one click#

Click a row to open Click details:

  • Status, Offer and Affiliate with links, and a copy button for the click ID.
  • Conversions (n) — conversions attributed to this click (up to 100), or "No conversions for this click yet."
  • Grouped fields: tracking (link type, status, reason, click mode, HTTP method, domain, destination, unique / bot / datacenter, fraud flags), sub IDs and source, click identifiers (gclid, gbraid, wbraid, fbclid, msclkid, ttclid), ad platform fields, and visitor & device (IP, country, region, city, ASN, ISP, language, device, OS, browser, referrer, user agent).
  • Other parameters (n) — query parameters that did not map to a known field ("No unmapped query parameters.").

The row menu also offers Transaction journey, which shows the click with its conversions and postbacks on one page. See Transaction journey.

Export the click log#

Use the table's CSV export. The export repeats the current filters and search and streams up to 100,000 clicks straight from the click store. It is staff-only.

Partners and advertisers#

The full click log is a network tool. Partners and advertisers do not have a clicks page; click details they can see elsewhere (for example from a conversion) never include the visitor IP, fraud flags or brand; partners never see the advertiser or destination, and advertisers never see sub IDs, source ID or smart link.

Retention#

Raw clicks are kept for 13 months and then deleted automatically. See Data retention.
