Creatives are the ad material partners use: banners, HTML snippets, text ads, ready-made links and e-mail templates. Manage them on the offer's Creatives tab. Partners copy them from the offer page in their portal with their own tracking link already inserted.

Creative types#

TypeLabelFields used
imageImage / bannerImage URL (required, https:// only — partners hot-link it, use a stable CDN URL), Alt text, Width (px), Height (px)
htmlHTMLHTML code (required, up to 64 KB; never rendered in the panel), width and height
emailEmailEmail source (HTML or text, required, up to 64 KB; never rendered)
textTextAd text (required, up to 10,000 characters)
linkLinkLink URL (required, https://), Description

Every creative has a Name (up to 120 characters) and a status (active or paused). An offer can hold up to 200 creatives.

Write {tracking_link} wherever the partner's link belongs — in the link URL, HTML code, e-mail source or ad text. When a partner views or copies the creative (portal or partner API key), it is replaced with that partner's tracking link for the offer.

HTML
<a href="{tracking_link}"><img src="https://cdn.example.com/banner-300x250.png" width="300" height="250" alt="Spring sale"></a>

{tracking_link} cannot be used inside an Image URL — that must be the image file itself. A link creative may be just {tracking_link}, or a URL that contains it (for example a deep link wrapper).

Add a creative#

  1. Open the offer, tab Creatives, click Add creative.
  2. Choose the Type; the sheet shows only the fields that type uses.
  3. Fill in the fields and save.

Filter the list by type with All types / a type. To hide a creative temporarily, pause it. Deleting a creative removes it from partners immediately; copies they already placed keep working because their tracking link is unchanged.

Uploads, audience & review#

The card Uploads, audience & review on the same tab adds three things:

Host images#

Upload an image (Image (PNG, JPEG, GIF or WebP, ≤ 2 MB)) with an optional Name. It is stored by the platform and becomes an image creative — no CDN of your own needed.

Private creatives#

Each creative has a partner selector, default All partners (public). Choose one or more partners to make it private: only those partners see it. Click Save on the row.

Partner submissions#

Partners can propose their own creative from the offer page in the portal (Submit a creative: Name, Type — Image (URL), Text ad, Link, HTML, E-mail — and the content, using {tracking_link}). Submissions arrive as pending review; the card shows "N to review".

  1. Review the content.
  2. Click Approve or Reject.

Approved submissions are listed for the submitting partner only.

What partners see#

On the offer page of the partner portal, partners see active creatives that are public or assigned to them, with previews of images and a Banner code with your tracking link to copy. If the network has no active tracking domain yet, they see "No tracking domain yet" instead of links.

API#

Creatives are also available through the REST API (offer creatives endpoints). Partner API keys receive creatives with their own tracking link substituted, exactly as in the portal.
