Integrations

Works with the platforms you already use

TrackCrown connects through open standards — tracking templates, click IDs, postback URLs, pixels and a REST API — and talks to the ad platforms directly: conversions go to the Meta Conversions API, TikTok Events API, Microsoft UET Conversions API and Google Ads, and ad spend comes back for ROAS.

TrackCrown connects to Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, Microsoft, Shopify, WooCommerce, S2S postbacks, REST API.

Connect in minutes, not sprints

Every integration below uses a link, a pixel or an HTTP request — the setup steps are the whole setup.

TemplateConversions APICost import

Microsoft Advertising

The same transparent /c/ template with Microsoft's URL parameters, server-side conversions through the UET Conversions API, and cost import.

Setup

  1. 1Add the template under Settings → Account level options → Tracking template and turn on msclkid auto-tagging.
  2. 2Add a Microsoft UET Conversions API destination to report approved conversions to your UET tag server-side.
  3. 3Connect the ad account to import daily campaign costs.

Click IDConversions APICost import

Meta

Measure Facebook and Instagram campaigns next to partner traffic, send conversions to your dataset with the Conversions API, and import ad spend.

Setup

  1. 1Use a tracking link as the ad's website URL: fbclid is captured.
  2. 2Pass campaign, ad set and ad IDs with Meta's URL parameters, e.g. campaign_id={{campaign.id}}.
  3. 3Add a Meta Conversions API destination (dataset ID and access token); fbc is built from the click's fbclid.
  4. 4Connect the ad account with an ads_read token to import daily spend per campaign.

Click IDEvents APICost import

TikTok

Attribute TikTok traffic with its click ID, report conversions with the Events API, and import ad spend.

Setup

  1. 1Use your tracking link as the destination URL: ttclid is captured.
  2. 2Add TikTok's URL macros for campaign, ad group and ad IDs.
  3. 3Add a TikTok Events API destination (pixel code and Events API access token).
  4. 4Connect the advertiser account with a Marketing API token (Reporting scope) to import spend.

Cost importCSV

Ad costs & ROAS

Put media spend next to tracked revenue: cost, ROAS and net profit per campaign.

Setup

  1. 1Google Ads, Meta, TikTok and Microsoft Advertising accounts import yesterday and today every 3 hours, per campaign and day.
  2. 2Upload a CSV (date, campaign, cost, currency) for native, push, DSP or any other source.
  3. 3Costs in other currencies are converted to your workspace currency at ECB reference rates.
  4. 4Ad cost, ROAS and net profit are metrics in the report builder and the reports API.

Impression pixelSub IDs

Display & native networks

Banner, native and push networks that take a click URL and an impression pixel.

Setup

  1. 1Use the partner link as the click URL, with the network's macros in sub IDs.
  2. 2Add the /i/ impression pixel to report impressions and click-through rate.
  3. 3Send conversions back with a partner postback that returns {sub1}.

PixelReversals

Shopify

Record orders from a Shopify custom pixel (Settings → Customer events) when checkout completes.

Setup

  1. 1Load the landing-page SDK in your theme so the click ID stays on your store's domain.
  2. 2Paste the generated custom pixel: on checkout_completed it sends the click ID, order total, currency and order ID.
  3. 3Order IDs de-duplicate repeated events; a Shopify Flow HTTP request reverses cancelled and refunded orders.
Setup guide: Shopify
PixelPlugin

WooCommerce

A small generated WordPress plugin reports orders from the order-received page of your store.

Setup

  1. 1Save the generated plugin file in wp-content/plugins and activate it — it fires the pixel once per order with the total and order number.
  2. 2Cancelled, refunded and failed orders are reversed server-side.
Setup guide: WooCommerce
Postback URL

Any server (S2S)

Advertisers, CRMs and other trackers report conversions with one HTTP request.

Setup

  1. 1GET or POST /pb with click_id and your postback token.
  2. 2Send events, sale amounts, statuses and order IDs.
Setup guide: Any server (S2S)
SDK

Landing pages

A small script that keeps the click ID on your landing page and joins parallel-tracking clicks by gclid.

Setup

  1. 1Serve it from your own tracking domain.
  2. 2No third-party cookies involved.
Setup guide: Landing pages
S2SPixels

Partner postbacks

Notify partners' trackers about conversions with their own URL templates and macros.

Setup

  1. 1GET or POST, per offer and event, with automatic retries.
  2. 2Partners manage their own postbacks in the portal.
Setup guide: Partner postbacks
CSVAPI

Spreadsheets & BI

Take any report into Excel, Google Sheets or your BI tool.

Setup

  1. 1Export exactly what is on screen from any report.
  2. 2Or request /api/v1/reports with format=csv using an analyst key.
Setup guide: Spreadsheets & BI
API

REST API

Read reports, clicks and conversions, and manage offers and partners from your own systems.

Setup

  1. 1Create a key scoped to a role.
  2. 2JSON over HTTPS with cursor pagination.
Setup guide: REST API

Anything else

If it can call a URL, it can connect

CRMs, call-tracking tools, form builders and in-house systems report conversions with the same postback URL. Placeholders in braces are filled by the system that sends it.

  • Authenticate with your workspace or advertiser postback token.
  • Send the event code, sale amount, currency, status and an order ID for de-duplication.
  • Add test=1 to validate a call without storing anything.
