Deals and product feeds

Publish an advertiser's coupons, promotions and product catalogue links to the partners who can run its offers, in the portal and the API.

On this page

Deals are coupons and promotions; product feeds are links to an advertiser's product catalogue so partners can build product-level deep links. Both belong to an advertiser, can be tied to one offer, and appear in the partner portal under Deals & feeds and in the REST API.

Add a deal#

  1. Open Offers → Advertisers, click the advertiser and select the Accounts & deals tab.

  2. In Deals, add a deal and fill in:

    FieldNotes
TitleRequired, e.g. "20% off spring collection".
    DescriptionOptional.
Coupon codeOptional. Partners get a copy button.
OfferOptional. "Only partners who can run it see the deal." Empty = All partners.
Landing pageOptional URL. "Partners deep-link here with their tracking link."
Starts / EndsOptional; the end must be after the start.
Active switchPaused deals are hidden from partners.
  3. Save. Edit or delete a deal with the icons on its row.

Add a product feed#

In Product feeds on the same tab:

FieldNotes
NameRequired, e.g. "Full catalogue".
Feed URLRequired. "Shared with partners as-is; host it where partners may download it."
FormatCSV, TSV, XML or JSON.
OfferOptional; empty = all partners.
DescriptionOptional.
Active switchPaused feeds are hidden.

TrackCrown stores the link only. It does not download, parse or host the catalogue, and it does not rewrite product URLs; partners add their own tracking (for example by using a product URL as a deep link).

Who sees what#

A partner sees a deal or feed when all of these hold:

  1. It is active (for deals: now is between Starts and Ends, when set).
  2. It is advertiser-wide (no offer), or it is tied to an offer the partner can run: an active offer that is public and not blocked for them, or one they are approved on.

Advertiser-wide deals and feeds are shown to every partner who can open the portal.
