Book a demo

A demo built around your traffic

In 30 minutes we set up a working TrackCrown workspace the way you would use it: a tracking domain, an offer with partner links, a Google Ads tracking template and the reports your team reads every day.

Tell us a little about your programme and we'll reply by e-mail to agree on a time.

  • 30 minutes
  • Video call
  • No cost, no commitment

Agenda

What the 30 minutes cover

Every demo follows the same outline. We spend longer on the parts that matter to you and skip the ones that don't.

Everything is shown in a live workspace — real links, a real redirect and real report rows, not slides.

  1. Part 1, 0–5 min

    Your current setup

We start with how you work today, so the rest of the call uses your terms and your numbers.

    • The channels you buy and roughly how many clicks they send
    • How advertisers pay you and how you pay partners
    • The tracker or spreadsheet you use today, and what must keep working during a switch
  2. Part 2, 5–12 min

    Tracking domain and links

A working workspace, built live: from a hostname to a tracked click.

    • Adding a tracking domain with DNS; HTTPS certificates are issued automatically
    • Creating an offer whose destinations are restricted to the domains you allow
    • A partner link with sub1–sub5, and a test click arriving in the live click stream
  3. Part 3, 12–20 min

    Google Ads tracking template

How a tracking template works with Google's transparency rules, shown on a real link.

    • Building a template with {lpurl} and the ValueTrack parameters you want to keep
    • Running it through the transparency tester: one redirect, to exactly the url= value
    • Parallel tracking, and the offline conversion feed for gclid-based uploads
  4. Part 4, 20–26 min

    Conversions, payouts and reports

Where the money is decided and how each party sees it.

    • Server-to-server postbacks with the click ID, or a pixel where S2S is not possible
    • Per-partner payouts, conversion review (approve or reject) and outgoing partner postbacks
    • Reports grouped up to three levels deep, in your timezone, with CSV export
  5. Part 5, 26–30 min

    Questions and next steps

Your questions first. Then, if it fits: which plan matches your volume and what a move would involve.

    • Plan and pricing for your volume
    • What moves first if you switch, and in which order
    • Setting up your own workspace

Before the call

What to bring

None of this is required, but each item makes the demo closer to your real setup.

  • One landing page URL to use as the destination of the demo links.
  • Your traffic sources and an approximate number of clicks per month.
  • How conversions reach you today: a postback, a pixel, a CSV file or a spreadsheet.
  • For Google Ads: the ValueTrack parameters you already use in your tracking templates.
  • Anyone who will run the set-up day to day — they usually have the best questions.

What we never ask for

You stay in control of your accounts. During the demo, and afterwards, we do not ask for:

  • Passwords or log-ins for Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising, Meta or other ad platforms.
  • Access to your current tracker, payment systems or bank accounts.
  • Payment details — a demo is not a trial sign-up.

Anyone claiming to need these on behalf of Web Cue LLC is not us. Tell us through the contact form.

FAQ

Demo questions

What people usually ask before booking a call.

Is the demo free?
Yes. It is a 30-minute video call with no cost and no commitment to buy.
Can you use our own offers and landing pages?
Yes. Put a landing page URL in the form, or bring one to the call, and we use it as the destination in the demo workspace — so you see your own URL in the redirect, the click log and the reports. Nothing is changed in your ad accounts.
Will you need access to our Google Ads, ad network or tracker accounts?
No. We never ask for passwords or access to Google Ads, ad networks, payment systems or your current tracker. We show where each setting goes; you make the changes in your own accounts when you are ready.
Can we move from the tracker we use today?
Usually, yes. Offers, partners and advertisers can be created in the panel or through the REST API, and postbacks accept the click ID as click_id, transaction_id or tid, so existing partner postbacks often keep their parameter name. On the call we go through what moves first and what you would test before switching links.
Are TrackCrown tracking domains certified by Google?
Google certifies click trackers per tracking domain. The status of each of our domains is listed on the Google Ads page, and we only describe a domain as certified once Google has certified it. Our links follow the transparency rules either way: one redirect, to exactly the url= value.
What happens to the details I send?
Web Cue LLC stores them with its contact messages and uses them only to arrange and prepare your demo. They are not sold or used for advertising. The privacy policy explains your rights, including how to ask for deletion.
